This website provides general information. Program agreements and applicable law control where they differ from website content.
01

Role of RXH

RXH is a financial technology brand operated by Rongxinhui Limited, a Hong Kong company. RXH provides technology, program-management, and customer-operating services for eligible business customers.

RXH is not a bank, does not itself accept deposits, and does not independently issue Visa or Mastercard cards. Where a card program is made available, regulated or licensed services are provided by the relevant issuer, custodian, network participant, or other program partner identified in the applicable customer agreement.

02

Program availability

Prepaid card availability on Visa or Mastercard networks is subject to customer eligibility, geographic coverage, risk review, issuer and program-partner approval, technical availability, and applicable law.

Features shown on this website describe intended or representative platform capability. Networks, limits, currencies, merchant categories, card controls, funding methods, and service levels may differ by customer or program.

03

Eligibility and onboarding

Services are intended for eligible business customers. Onboarding may require verification of the company, directors, authorized users, and beneficial owners, together with information about business activities, expected transaction patterns, sources of funds, and geographic exposure.

  • Company and ownership verification
  • AML/CFT and sanctions screening
  • Business-model and geographic risk review
  • Ongoing transaction and account monitoring
04

Fees, limits, and card terms

Program fees, card limits, transaction limits, expiry, foreign-exchange treatment, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, prohibited use, and termination rights will be stated in the applicable program and customer agreements.

No pricing, amount, or interface state displayed on this website should be treated as a binding commercial quote unless it is expressly included in a signed agreement.

05

Funds and protection

Funds used for card spending are not deposits with RXH. Any safeguarding, custodial arrangement, deposit insurance, or other protection depends solely on the relevant issuing or custodial partner and the specific program terms.

Customers should not assume that any deposit-insurance or safeguarding regime applies unless that protection is expressly described in the final program documentation.

06

Network marks and examples

Visa and Mastercard are registered trademarks of their respective owners. References to either network describe intended program capability and do not imply endorsement of RXH or availability in every jurisdiction.

Interface amounts, merchant names, card numbers, approvals, transaction records, and operating examples shown on this website are illustrative.
